If you find it difficult to name your emotions and feelings when filling in the pleasant events calendar, you can use The Feeling Wheel by Gloria Willcox to enhance your emotional literacy and expand your awareness of emotions. You will find a PDF version of the wheel below. To enhance your emotional literacy in general you can also do the Emotion Wheel exercise.
