Please read the reader. Daily practice changes the brain. Scientists have found that it takes 6 to 8 weeks to create reasonably rooted new neural pathways. If you want result from this training, at least try to keep up practice for that period of time. And to rewire our brain it’s better to practice often and short, than sometimes and long. If you cannot find time to do the longer exercises, try to do at least one of the short versions or do some informal practices on the go. Feeling stuck? The acronym RAIN as a practice was introduced by meditation teacher Michele McDonald. It was modified by psychologist and meditation teacher Tara Brach, writer of the bestseller Radical Acceptance.
