Inspiration & support

If you’d like to maintain your practice, Oxford Mindfulness Foundation offers free live online meditation sessions twice a day, Monday – Friday. Sessions are 30-minutes long, led by fully-trained mindfulness teachers, and take place 13:00 & 19:00 UK Time. Everyone’s welcome to join, regardless of experience. Register once for these drop-in sessions and receive the Zoom link which enables you to attend any of the sessions, as many times as you like during the year.

Oxford Mindfulness Foundation has partnered with the University of Oxford since 2007 to develop easy-to-understand programmes using Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which combines mindfulness and psychological science.

They work with organisations and universities around the world to deliver the mindfulness programmes developed through this partnership, supporting their vision of a world with universal access to mindfulness training.
