Anja’s Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness training enabled me to change habitual stress and deeply ingrained patterns into an overall calm state of being. Learning the science in a relatable and memorable way helped me understand the root of these particular stress patterns. Each session provided effective exercises that lowered my baseline.
